Taxes + duties will likely be charged on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.
We are unable to deliver to international Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.


ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.

PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

Local Pick-Up: We offer local pick up in Sarasota, FL. You will receive a notification when your items are ready for pickup. Orders are typically ready for pickup 3 business days (excludes Saturday & Sunday) following the completion of your purchase.


Reserve In Store: We offer the option to try on clothing and footwear in our Sarasota location when you select this option at checkout. We recommend you select two sizes to try on as these items will be pulled from our warehouse and delivered to our Hawthorne Street location for your convenience. We require 3 business days notice from the time of your request to pull items from our warehouse and make them available for in store try-on.


Return Details:

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • There is a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all returns in the USA.
  • Merchandise returns must be initiated within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unwashed, unworn and/or unused, and in its original packaging, with 360 ID Tag in tact and untampered with.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refund will not be processed until the return is inspected and approved. 
  • If an ineligible item is returned in your shipment, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Skincare, Beauty, & Fragrance are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are ineligible for returns/exchanges
  • Swim Items are ineligible for returns/exchanges
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Final Sale items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will refund your original form of payment. 
  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We issue refunds to the original method of payment or as store credit.
